I was advised that they were short of mechanics and that they would fit me in as soon as possible. I got a call later in that same day saying that my vehicle was ready to go. this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. service date was scheduled several months prior to avoid this very situation. Gave ample time for Ford to have all service parts ordered and r had. service date was scheduled several months prior to avoid this very situation. Gave ample time for Ford to have all service parts ordered and ready for the 75 thousand mile service completed plus a new Key ordered and a new Serpentine belt ready to be installed . At time of initial day and time was set up so that since is my only transportation I would have to wait until the service was completed that day. On that date of service Ford offered me a courteous service ride home. It was not until 5:00, after I called Ford that I found out they had not started this service very late in the day and the service was not completed and they did not have all the parts. I was very upset with there lack of professionalism and lack of service. It was not until the next morning I had to make the calls to Ford dealership to tell I needed my truck because I had numerous Medical appointments on this service date,. Long story made short is that finally sent out the courteous service van to get a ride back to Bellingham so that I could pick up my truck in Bellingham, After I made all the calls the next day. Very, very poor service. I really do not think the service desks and the parts people communicate much and neither of the service desks communicate back and forth! As for the people I worked with and to rate them, I talked with so many of them, I do not remember who I talked to. More
Jeff was probably the friendliest associate I’ve ever encountered at this dealership. He was super nice and seemed well informed and actually wanted to help me. I didn’t kind of annoying that my car was encountered at this dealership. He was super nice and seemed well informed and actually wanted to help me. I didn’t kind of annoying that my car was not vacuumed or washed because it was the weekend. Checkout lady was not wearing a mask until I came up and many other workers were not as well. Also, do not feel comfortable with the “blue lives” flag. It’s offensive and I don’t think should be up if you want to keep valued customers. More
Everyone and every department is incompetent. My trip to xxxx while I was on fire was more pleasant than dealing with this place. Lies, lies, lies. If you want to loose money and have a horrible experience I still wouldn’t go here. I have proof of the lies horrible service and shoddy repair they were never able to complete. More
They kept my truck for three day for and appointment that should have been done same day. They messed up my driver side rear door latch and haven’t returned any of my calls to fix it over the past three week should have been done same day. Staff, mechanics and employees are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. But no communication about vehicle status, updates.
