Overlooked even though the car set there for five days. Car was not washed when we picked it up. As stated staff was fine. Problem... Lack of leadership and management. They need direction. This review is for the Bellingham Collision Repair shop, Steven Miller, the manager of the collision department went out of his to take care of us/our vehicle. We have a 2021 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition, Steven Miller, the manager of the collision department went out of his to take care of us/our vehicle. We have a 2021 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition, we were unable to get into any other locally run repair shop for weeks if not months. A contact at another collision shop suggested Bellingham Ford’s collision service as they personally knew of the work/workers there. I initially had my doubts since the shop is attached (physically) to the Ford dealership, but after just a few minutes of conversation with Mr. Miller I no longer had any reservations. Mr. Miller started taking pictures of the damage on my truck right then and there, he actually knew more about my insurance/insurance process than our local State Farm rep did. We were able to get a scheduled date for repairs and the work was done in five days. One of the best service visits we have had for a repair and I have been driving for almost 45 years. Regardless of make or model, I would not hesitate to have repair work done at Bellingham Ford Collision Repair. More
