Scheduling an appointment was super easy online I chose a 7:30 appointment- the building was closed when I arrived but shortly after there was an employee there (seemed like a manager). He checked me in and said that his guys don’t come in till 8 so I had to wait. Curious as to why 7:30 is even an option when the employees don’t arrive till 8? Rest of the appointment went great. Then took vehicle to another service vendor who told me it was the egr. When the manager heard this he be became upset that I would take it somewhere else. He actually told me it was important to his dealer shop to make profits and by taking my business elsewhere it would only hurt their business. xxx? I arranged multiple weeks in advanced to have all the work done in one day. I was assured it would be. Three days later I had to call to see if it was even done.
