Our appointment was for an oil change. It scared the crap out of us and the car behind us! We're waiting now for a call back from your service dept for the new skid plate to come in and to be installed. More

I arranged multiple weeks in advanced to have all the work done in one day. I was assured it would be. Three days later I had to call to see if it was even done. The old Diehl Ford would have at least wa work done in one day. I was assured it would be. Three days later I had to call to see if it was even done. The old Diehl Ford would have at least washed it. You have a text communication system that only works one way. Should be two way. The lady at the desk was very nice. Give her a raise. More
