Had a tranny safety recall on my truck, they were able to pull it up fast and let me know what needed to be done without me having to think too much. The Service department lied to me for 5 weeks. When I got tired of being patient and lied to I escalated up the ladder to upper management, again, AFTER 5 WEEKS on being patient. When I did I was When I got tired of being patient and lied to I escalated up the ladder to upper management, again, AFTER 5 WEEKS on being patient. When I did I was further lied to until finally I had enough dishonesty. I sat down with the Service manager and he made more promises he didn’t keep. He knew I was going on vacation and needed a vehicle so he said he’d get me into one but he didn’t. Then, when I posted on my Facebook page about my experience he refused to work on my vehicle and now, while I’m on vacation, he’s parking my truck at my home and leaving the keys in it. Ford Motor Company says, “they’re independent dealers and basically can do whatever they want. No more Fords for me. No wonder they’re a declining market. More
