My experience with the collision center was great. After going to a few body shops, I called Bellingham Ford and spoke with Steven Miller. He took the time to explain the process of dealing with the insurance companies. I took my car in handed him the keys and he handled everything. In short order, I had my car back looking like new. Poor workmanship initially, we had to take it back for repair again immediately when it pored oil out. They fixed it but left my truck engine covered in oil and smelling like oil for weeks. I now have a r repair again immediately when it pored oil out. They fixed it but left my truck engine covered in oil and smelling like oil for weeks. I now have a rough idle and can’t use the heat when stopped from the stink of oil. Pretty unhappy. More

Communication is terrible. Had to call multiple times over serial weeks to get a call back. Took over two.months to get warranty rental.
