The service I received at Bellingham Ford was out stranding as usual! As a return customer from Juneau Alaska, where we have NO FORD DEALER, I was required to transport my 2020 F350 to Bellingham to stranding as usual! As a return customer from Juneau Alaska, where we have NO FORD DEALER, I was required to transport my 2020 F350 to Bellingham to have an on going emission problem corrected. This was accomplished by the Service Department in an exemplary performance by the technician Cole assigned to this serious diesel problem in concert with David Carrera the Service Coordinator. This on going problem had been assigned a increased case# problem level by the Ford Problem Center (M Krupa) due to the impact on the operation of my F350 which facilitated the use of consultation with other Ford Technicians. The result was a successfully completed repair to a complex problem. More
Kyle in the Services Department checked in my truck on arrival. He kept me advised of events and status while my car was serviced. In the end, my truck was working properly once again. Along the way, the team updated the software in a transmission control computer (after getting my permission) and updated the GPS navigation database (at my request). I am very pleased with the result. More
