The folks at Bellingham Ford are professional, very courteous and helpful. They are very thorough and don't miss a thing when servicing your vehicle. Alittle frustrating to have to wait so long for an oil change. I had an appointment for oil and also asked about 2 other repairs. Seriously took hours. I've always been happy with this dealership but change. I had an appointment for oil and also asked about 2 other repairs. Seriously took hours. I've always been happy with this dealership but while employees are still friendly and helpful..it feels like things have changed. Like knowledgeable advice..and I didn't see faces that I have seen for years. One if my repairs was simple and estimated at $500.00. Seemed pretty pricey. Service is still friendly but something feels off. More

If there were a zero star or negative star option, I would have chosen that. Had my car for over 6 days for a so-called recall, at the 7 days mark I was informed it was an out of pocket expense equaling would have chosen that. Had my car for over 6 days for a so-called recall, at the 7 days mark I was informed it was an out of pocket expense equaling $2500.00. There was no offer of a loaner vehicle and after multiple attempts at getting any sort of information had failed, I was less than impressed to say the least. I asked them to prepare my car and took my business down south. Service department is mismanaged and I will not be back. More

Would have given 1 Star, but they did keep our vehicle inside overnight, when the 2 hour oil change appointment turned into 2 days. After waiting 2 days for the first oil change on our new Ford, only 1 e inside overnight, when the 2 hour oil change appointment turned into 2 days. After waiting 2 days for the first oil change on our new Ford, only 1 employee was wearing a mask when we picked up the vehicle. Service said the 2-day delay was caused by too many employees being sick with COVID-19. I wonder why? More

Poor service. We made an appointment based on an estimate they gave from diagnostic appointment and they didn’t schedule the appointment to fix the problem for the correct amount of time.
