I took my truck in for a pcm recall, was told he 2 different workers it was a recal. Get my truck there and they then tell me it’s not a recal and it’ll be $1500 ok whatever. Get a phone call a week l different workers it was a recal. Get my truck there and they then tell me it’s not a recal and it’ll be $1500 ok whatever. Get a phone call a week later saying they hit my truck 2 days prior to being fixed. So I had to wait over a month and a half, a month of it being there fault and they would not compensate me for any of it, to top it all off they let my truck sit there for so long it ruined my battery so they made me pay an extra $200 for a new battery! This place is a joke. Highly do not recommend. Very bad customer service More

You delivered on the information I need and on the service. However, the process took 3 1/2 hours, about one hour longer than it really should have. And you didn't wash the vehicle. I understand that given the times we're living in that your staff is under a lot of pressure, but my experience this visit didn't suggest any real sense of urgency on your part. And, make sure you frequently wipe the screen on your phones when you present photos of the problem to the customer - I could barely see the photos for the smudges. More

Went to see a out trading a jeep in for a truck, people worked with us on trade in and having it under both of our names.
