We've had our vehicle in here multiple times and going on the fourth transmission with right around 83k miles on the truck. We have a 2016 F450 that is not driven much and definitely not over-worked. I emailed all of our extended warranty info a month ago and yet again just yesterday you're asking if we have one and what is the information. I also gave this information over the phone to you over two weeks ago and yet you've never called to let them know that the vehicle is in your shop. Besides being a major disappointment to work with you, it is also costing us money due to this being a vehicle we use in our business. Can someone please get the ball rolling so we can get this truck back? We've only gotten information when we've initiated the contact. This is unacceptable. More

Bellingham Ford service center did not fix the issue we were having with our tires that they installed. They treated us like we were stupid. They had our vehicle 3 days and told us the tires were “road rea were having with our tires that they installed. They treated us like we were stupid.
