dropped my truck off for warranty repairs that I thought would take weeks. I got a call two days later saying the truck was fixed and they were just test driving it again to make sure everything was good. T would take weeks. I got a call two days later saying the truck was fixed and they were just test driving it again to make sure everything was good. Then they even dropped the truck off at my house 25 minutes away. Ordered FOB for my 2018 ford fusion and had it programmed. They parts dept. asked if I wanted a key cut. I said no I don’t need a key cut. Fob shows up missing entire top section and they think th programmed. They parts dept. asked if I wanted a key cut. I said no I don’t need a key cut. Fob shows up missing entire top section and they think that’s okay for $400 fob program. Thank god I’m selling all fords and getting teslas. No more $400 fobs. More

Good service technicians, poor attitudes in the people working front desks/ cashier/ phones.
