I took my expedition in for repairs. My backup camera apparently was unplugged. However, they kept my car for two weeks & then new camera came and they couldn’t find it to install it. I My backup camera apparently was unplugged. However, they kept my car for two weeks & then new camera came and they couldn’t find it to install it. I left with my vehicle and a non working camera. Next time I came in for the replacement back up camera they said it had been unplugged. It took 3 weeks total over a 5-6 week period to do this work. They ended up leaving the original camera in. The whole thing was so dumb!!! More

Brought my vehicle for a recall for a seatbelt. Supposed to take an hour, then was told I needed a 6 hour software update. Had to get a ride so I wouldn’t have to wait. After 4 hours I was informed Supposed to take an hour, then was told I needed a 6 hour software update. Had to get a ride so I wouldn’t have to wait. After 4 hours I was informed the update had failed and they didn’t have the update in their files. Haven’t yet received the call I was promised to bring the vehicle back in to complete the update. Now I have a a notice for another software update but afraid to use Bellingham Ford. 2022 Ford Bronco. More
