Sunroof works flawlessly now. Only complaint is that the first set of repair tracks came broken. I’m glad they listened to my direction and did not wash the truck last time it was in for service they put sc first set of repair tracks came broken. I have been using this shop for 25+ years and always have an impeccable experience. The staff is very friendly, helpful if I request a ride instead of waiting. Steve Christenson was my service advisor. Even though I did not have an appointment he told me to bring my car in and it would be looked at. He added a recall that I did not know about and got my door lat did not have an appointment he told me to bring my car in and it would be looked at. He added a recall that I did not know about and got my door latches fixed. Offered me a loaner. Explained issues and options clearly. Very pleasant to deal with. My only issue was getting someone to answer phone. More
Was told that there wasn't anything they could do to fix my a/c issue and that the fan not blowing was "normal". They suggested I recharge my a/c, but when I pressed the service manager said it won't actual my a/c issue and that the fan not blowing was "normal". They suggested I recharge my a/c, but when I pressed the service manager said it won't actually fix the problem. So she was just trying to up sell me work that didn't need to be done. I paid $160 for diagnosis work that didn't diagnose anything that I hadn't already told them in great detail. It's no wonder that people feel like taking their car here is a ripoff. I'm still waiting to get sent the paperwork that the service manager promised to email me, but at this point I figure she's too busy up selling unnecessary service to other people who have the misfortune of walking into her service bay. This by far was the worst mechanic experience I have ever had. Awful service manager. I was able to take the truck to a local a/c shop and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. More
Poor communication. They never once returned a phone call. I had to go into the shop if I wanted to speak with someone. I was originally quoted $1200 for labor for front and rear strut/shocks and alignm call. I had to go into the shop if I wanted to speak with someone. I had to schedule three weeks out, which is fine, but then the morning of they quoted $1,450 for front struts and alignment, as I already did the rears myself. More
