Over the years even when I have had a problem with my vehicle (which has not been that often) Diehl Ford has been right there to make sure I am well taken care of. One of the most important points, is that I never feel mislead or pressured by service to do work that is not needed on my vehicle, like I have gotten from the service departments at other dealerships.
