They were so friendly. They didn't play games. They were honest. They took away all the stress that comes with buying a car. Any time I had a question, they took care to make sure I understood what they were saying or what I was signing or why certain things worked this or that way. I really felt that they wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying and what the purchase included. $90 Oil Change Let's just say, if you're a woman be very careful when thinking of taking your vehicle to Diehl Ford Service Dept. I made an appointment for Dec. 12, Let's just say, if you're a woman be very careful when thinking of taking your vehicle to Diehl Ford Service Dept. I made an appointment for Dec. 12, 2014 for a $28 (plus tax) oil change and ended up having to pay close to $90! They decided to take it for a test drive and to put it on the machine all because I asked them to "Peek at the Plugs" while changing my oil. No one asked my permission to do this extra work. I'm guessing they want to get their figures up for year end. Would they have charged me $90 for a $30 Oil Change if I were a man? Who knows.......just women beware! More

Great Customer Service We came to Diehl when we needed a new car for our expanding family. They where very knowledgeable and friendly from beginning to end. Recently the second car we bought happened to have some engine issue and we where able to trade it in for another family friendly car (in my opinion a better one!). My salesperson (John Quimby) was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I would recommend him anyone. The “negotiation” was very straight forward, with no awkward sales tactics. They also let my two young kids “drive” the original Model R Ford in the showroom, while my wife and I were signing paperwork. In the end, I got a great deal on a fantastic new vehicle.
