I have been working with Marcy as my car sales lady for the last 8 years. Between my family, my friends, and myself, We have purchased and my family, we have bought 7 cars for me, 3 for my sister in law, a the last 8 years. Between my family, my friends, and myself, We have purchased and my family, we have bought 7 cars for me, 3 for my sister in law, and one for a friend. She is honest and fair, but still made a profit. I saw a highlander hybrid from a different Ford store and I thought ford switched cars between Ford dealers all the time. but they don’t. She took my car I sent to her, and the dealership went and bought the car from the dealer and sold it to me. If Marcy hadn’t asked the guy about the car he wouldn’t have made the call. Long story short, I am driving currently my dream car. Thanks Marcy and I have to mention Sean as well the finance guy and the guy who made the call which I won’t lie I don’t know his name. Never spoke to him. But if I ever buy a car, or refer someone to buy a car, I will recommend Marcy. She truly is a dream to work with. Thanks Marcy. More

I have been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple weeks. One was located at this location, but I kept putting off checking it out, having terrible experiences with the previous owners. Marcy and Shawn knew my daughter was needing a different vehicle within my budget. As a single mom they understood my concerns and found the perfect vehicle for my budget and her needs. I wanted something s vehicle within my budget. As a single mom they understood my concerns and found the perfect vehicle for my budget and her needs. I wanted something safe and reliable and she wanted something aesthetically pleasing. Marcy found us a 2012 Hyundai genesis with low mileage and showed me all the safety features. She and Shawn in finance were able to get us the car at a very fair price. I noticed a couple of things that I wanted addressed prior to the purchase. They happily agreed and made the minor necessary adjustments at no additional cost to me. Very pleasant to work with. My daughter loves her car, I'm confident she is driving a safe vehicle and the purchase process was very efficient. In no time at all we found my daughter her car and she was driving off the lot happy as a lark. I would recommend anyone not only to this dealership but to Marcy as a salesperson. She is friendly, knowledgeable, understands and listens to what her customers are looking for both in a vehicle and a budget and works very hard to satisfy them. More
