Excellent Sales & Service My husband and I had been looking for a 2014 High Country for approximately 3 weeks. We were working with 3 other dealerships to find our special truck with the options that we wanted. On August 27th I decided to call Belle Glade Chevy and I spoke to Mr. Chun Milner. I described the truck that we were looking for and all of the options that we wanted included. Within 2 days Mr.Milner had located our truck and was preparing to have it delivered to the dealership. When the truck arrived we went to pick it up and we were pleasantly surprised because it was just as we wanted with a few extras. The actual buying process was just as smooth, we were in and out with our new truck in no time at all. Bait and switch Agreed on a price with salesman, same vin,when the salesman went to the sales managers office he came back and said this will be your payment. He forgot to tell me they jacked up the price over $3'ooo then added a xx $400 fee for paint saver. They said I would get that fee back but never got a dime. Two weeks after I got the car they said g- Mac wouldn't do the deal even though I was pre quaiified and had to use Santander finance which wanted to charge me 19,000 interest on 23,000. I am sure the xxxxxxx made another commission on this. I fad to pay the car off which cost another 600 dollars their own. Customer service. Guy said I got over charged 4,000 on the car . He got a check cut but they would not sign it the dip-s--- service manager said they jacked the price because of my credit score more xx. ustimer More
