Mr. Freightman was very attentive and suggested another, even better vehicle after one we were interested in had been sold (even though it was still on the website). As usual, their guidelines outweighed any others (KBB, etc.) in pricing used vehicles and trade ins. Even though they are in business to make a profit, there are reasonable expectations from their customers that I feel are ignored. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership prior to this purchase and were pleased with the performance and reliability of each. Mr. Freightman is an excellent salesman and I would deal with him again.
