Took my car in to have a tuneup put on it. It had 80,000 miles on it and they did I went to go pick it up. My engine light was on and I told him I said my engine lights on and they told me I h It had 80,000 miles on it and they did I went to go pick it up. My engine light was on and I told him I said my engine lights on and they told me I had a big mice snack in there instead of carefully removing the obstacle, blow it out and it went down my intake and now two years later it’s still on they called a problem and they told me it cost $1800 to fix wait a minute it came in with no Engine light on and I’m supposed to pay Bell for their screw up to fix my car. That’s why I don’t ever go to Bell for anything any longer. I stopped in to get a headlight bulb put in it $65. I think it was an hour plus bulb, I went to their competitor they put it in for free. Be careful. More
Sales manager did not report the new vehicle they sold me as being in an accident. Sold me this vehicle without telling me and no info reported on Carfax. Told me it was a human mistake. This mistake has cost me money and time for their dishonesty. This is illegal and they do know if their new vehicles have been fixed in their own body shop. Mike is the Sales managers name. Sean was the salesman who I was happy with. He asked Mike if my vehicle had been in an accident when I sent him pic’s questioning an accident. Mike replied no accident but when I found the proof of the accident it had been fixed in house only 3 months prior, extensive damage. I do not trust this sales manager. This is a small dealership and they would know about this damage to a vehicle they sold me as new. On top of it, it was never reported. Shady! More
We traded our jeep in for a truck 3 weeks ago. Appon payoff they shorted the bank 900 dollars when the owner of bell Wasik ryan was the one that called to get the pay off number. The boss guys rude as xxxx to his employees ..a friend of mine was in getting work done and i guess the boss spilled a employees drink he threw his stuff down he had in his hands said "goodluck" when he was the one that spilled it and decided to be rude to the new employee that was there... Like how can you ever expect people to work for you or have a positive attitude when your rude and disrespectful to your workers....don't think I'll ever go back there for service after watching him disrespect his workers and me as a customer ... Dishonest dealership- don’t trust them! On 10/22/2018, I purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave from Bell Wasik. Once I got home and was looking over the paperwork, I saw that they lied about the c On 10/22/2018, I purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave from Bell Wasik. Once I got home and was looking over the paperwork, I saw that they lied about the car fax, said the vehicle I was purchasing had nothing on the car fax except a second title. Actually, It was in a rear end collision but they chose not to disclose that, even when directly asked about the car fax. When I called them and said what the heck?! Trisha said, “well at least it was a rear-end collision and not the front end where the radiator and engine is at.” Wow. Really?! I told her that should’ve been my choice to make, and that lying about the Carfax is illegal. She said she would have one of owners call me. I called them daily, because neither owner called, I left messages with the secretary or whatever she is asking her to have them call me. Eventually I got a voicemail from Ryan saying call me back, have me paged if I’m not available. Again I called several days in a row of course he was never available even when I had them page him and of course, he never called me back. After driving the vehicle for a couple days I realized at night, there are two chips in the windshield that I could only see at night when I go under the street lights, the lights reflect off the chips creating a line that goes across the driver side windshield. Awesome... At first I thought it was the ambient lighting in the vehicle reflecting onto the windshield but no.... I’m sure they’ll try to tell me that that wasn’t there but it was, they can ask Pam, the previous owner... They advertised the vehicle as certified, but of course they didn’t sell it to me certified, instead they sold me a $3100 warranty. When I questioned Trisha on this she said, “we went with what was the better option for you Andrea.” How is paying $750 To have the vehicle certified versus paying $3100 for warranty a better option for me? I’ll tell you why~ because they lied and they know they cannot sell a vehicle as certified if it’s been in an accident. I’m still waiting to hear from Ryan, after several days with no response I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they contacted me after several weeks and said the dealership did not respond so my case would be closed and it would show on the Better Business Bureau website as “the business did not respond.” This was not the first vehicle I (or my family)bought from them, I thought I could trust them but I was stupid and should’ve known better than to trust a dealership or a sales person. Every time I drive this car I am angry, angry, angry because I was lied to, and I’m reminded of it each time the streetlight hits the chips on the windshield. As a nurse, I tend to see the best in everyone and trust that people have good intentions. But I was wrong and even when I contacted them, they still won’t contact me back, which is just shady and horrible business. It’s sad because I went with Bell-Wasik because my step brother went to school with the owners as well as Trisha, the saleswoman, and he said they were good people. Good people don’t lie... My advice is don’t buy a car from Bell-Wasik BUICK GMC, they are dishonest. More

Now I have to go and pay a real mechanical department to fix my truck. Bob was more than happy, (even had a smirk on his face) to highlight on my bill that there is no warranty for the work that did. No warranty on work that they did, my truck never left their property before it didn't work. They charged me for 1.4 hours of labor. If they actually did 1.4 hours of work on my truck you would think that it I wouldn't be having problems before I left the dealership property. The only thing I got from Bob was his bosses name. He is a cowardly theif, who is more than happy to take your hard earn money but won't help or even listen to you when you have problems. Just call my boss he isn't here today, that was his words as he handed me my paid in full bill. Hope other people don't go there. Save your money. Find a true mechanic. More
