First, the person changed the services from what was previously discussed via phone. He then discouraged me from getting car wash saying it was an extra $30-$40, most dealers include a wash. Great service, fast, and they addressed all my concerns. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. I would have given five stars, but I paid $15.00 for a tire rotation and don't believe my tires were rotated. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.
