We know Lexus dealerships to be clean but this one blew away all the others. I plan to do more business here and hope they keep it the same. I went to this dealership because it was closer to my new house. When I got there I met with my advisor and he was not really interested in my concerns but in just writing the repair order. Felt that I had t house. When I got there I met with my advisor and he was not really interested in my concerns but in just writing the repair order. Felt that I had to express my concerns more then once do to him doing other things other then listen to me. The prices were higher then other Lexus dealerships in the area. He stated that management says they don't have to match prices on same service. I thanked him for his time and went to another Lexus dealership and got the service done. This dealership is the reason why dealerships have a bad reputation and take there cars to independent shops. More
