Never could get a return call JD was supposed to follow up on a repair/defect issue with my Civic and call me back. Never did. I called main service number and spoke with him directly; he said he'd check and call me back. No return call. Sent an email to customer service on main Bell Honda Service center web page to express my frustration. No reply. If I didn't have an extended warranty, I would get my car serviced elsewhere. More

This was always my husband's privilege Patience and understanding was the key. Several months later the maintenance light came on and I was excited and apprehensive about my first encounter with the "SERVICE DEPARTMENT". My first contact was with Roy Freda. He was pleasant, offered a selection of appointment times, and said he was available to answer any questions. I needed to change the appointment time which was "No problem". He met me at the door, explained in detail what would be done and explained if anything else should become evident he would discuss with me prior to proceeding, and offered the amenities of the very customer friendly waiting area. My car was finished in less time that expected. Because the vehicle had been thoroughly serviced prior to my purchase I only needed a "minor" check up and service. This was explained in detail. Roy is my "Hero". He made an apprehensive situation very comfortable. Bell Honda on 7th Street & Bell Road in Phoenix has my Magnanimous Service rating. And to Roy, thank you for making this senior citizen a one stop shopper. More

Excellent Service I have gone to Bryan Stevens in the service department the past 3 years and he has been absolutely great! He is very honest when it comes to what need I have gone to Bryan Stevens in the service department the past 3 years and he has been absolutely great! He is very honest when it comes to what needs to be done on my car which I haven't necessarily experienced in the past with other dealers. Bryan always does a great job of fitting me in the schedule even when I just randomly show up. He is very attentive and make sure he explains things that need to be taken care of. I will continue to see Bryan for all my services needs throughout the life of my 2013 Civic SI. More
