He is the only service adviser I have met who has taken his own time to explain to me and multiple other customers in detail what is being done to our vehicles and I have faith in what he tells me. Mr. Avery is hands down incredible, I have not gone to another dealership since I first met him months ago. More

Great service again! Bought my car here last summer, everyone was great. Never had such a good experience at a dealership. Yesterday, without warning, it wouldn't start. Towed to dealership and spoke with service advisor Mark. Told him there were a lot of issue's going on in my life and that my mom had just got admitted to hospice. Mark made it a point to put a priority status on my car. He called and kept me updated every step of the way and it had a new fuel pump and was ready to go this morning! Luckily, I had bought the two year service plan, so the tow and the fuel pump, which would have been close to $800, cost $0000. Yup, that's right, NO charge! Thanks Mark for the great service. Also thanks to everyone at Bell Honda, starting from the original salesman. Highly recommend this place! More
Worst Customer Service....!!!! I have been to the Bell Collision centre on 04/11/2017 to get the front bumper of my car fixed, They gave me an estimate and took the car in for getti I have been to the Bell Collision centre on 04/11/2017 to get the front bumper of my car fixed, They gave me an estimate and took the car in for getting it done and the next day(04/11/2017) they brought the car back to my house saying that they could not fix it as they are very busy and have no time to do my car. Is this the kind of professionalism Bell Honda presents. And the person who brought the car just says "I am sorry" and jumped into the car which came to pick him up. Is this the ways Bell Honda treats its customers...???? UN BELIEVABLE.....!!!!! More

Damaged my car and refuse to take reponsisibilty! I STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! I brought my car in to replace the coolant lines. They placed a clamp that was too small! I STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! I brought my car in to replace the coolant lines. They placed a clamp that was too small! on the lower coolant hose that is attached to the radiator. A month or so later, while on the highway, this hose detached from my radiator completely and all of my coolant came out of my vehicle causing my car to get dangerously hot. I pulled over as soon as I could, called for a tow truck, and waited a couple hours alone in a bad part of town, where a gentlemen took it upon himself to wait with me. When I got it home, my uncle looked underneath it and spotted the issue immediately. We tried to put on the old clamp discovering IT WAS TOO SMALL!! Got a new clamp, put it on, and put coolant back in. I called Honda who directed me to a manger, Mark Phillips, I was hoping that they would offer me a partial refund for the damage that they could have caused, my time that was wasted due to their oversight OF A CLAMP, and the distress that they caused me! I was a free oil change by the very generous Mark Phillips. I told them that I did not want them working on my car again. Asked if they could write me a check in the amount of the oil change.....THEY WOULDN'T EVEN DO THAT!!! I was going to leave it at that. But a couple weeks after all this, a couple days ago, my engine again got dangerously hot, WITH MY FRIENDS IN THE CAR THIS TIME!! Popped the hood checked coolant. All good. Heard a sizzling sound. Underneath my radiator cap, coolant was sizzling out of a crack in my radiator! Broke down and took it back to Honda. Explained the whole situation. Got directed to Mark Phillips again. AND AGAIN! NO APOLOGY, NOTHING!! FLAT OUT REFUSES TO ADMIT THAT THE FAULTY WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY CAR COULD HAVE HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY RADIATOR!! I am going to keep trying to talk to whomever I can. I trusted that as a professional dealership they would do professional work. I felt good and had faith that my car was fixed. THEY HAVE CAUSED ME MORE DISTRESS AND STRESS THAN I CAN SAY!! You are a paycheck. If you take your car here just keep that in mind. You are nothing but incoming profit. More
