I went there to have a key made for my 2001 Honda and they wanted to charge me $250 and said I would have to wait 4 hours! I went to arrowhead dealership and they made me 3 for $30! They have done several normal service calls for my CR. -Z . They have always been better than I could have imagined! Service and scheduling were satisfactory but prices high and extra 3% charge for credit card a major turnoff. Credit cards are a cost of doing business and should be treated as such. I was very disappointed because the day I called, the Service Advisor said I was entitled to a free oil change. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would cost $69.95!!! I was below on mileage, but about a week past the 2-yr. mark on my 3-yr. lease. I tried to talk to the service advisor (Faith) but she said there was nothing she could do. I’ve been a Honda customer for 30 yrs. Arrowhead Honda treated me better than Bell Honda has. I should have asked to talk to her supervisor. Not happy!!! More
This dealership has provided poor service since I purchased my car. I had issues with the car a week after I left the lot and they took little to no accountability. I had an issue and was awaiting a call back from an advisor for days, until my issue worsened and I had to pay to tow to them. The next time I needed a service done I called and left a message and my call was once again never returned. More
