He was very patient, knowledgable about the vehicles and did not pressure us. While we live in Mesa and Bell Honda is in North Phoenix, it was worth the drive. The people at the dealership were all friendly and helpful and I expect the service department will be the same way when I get my moon roof put in my Odyssey. Upon dealing with price and negotiation, everyone remained professional and courteous. Dion once again met us at the end of the sale and walked us out to our new cars. I have received wonderful communication from Dion after the sale and again with an update on my moon roof. I took the van back only a couple of days after having it as we found some left over plastic on the outside roof. Dion met me at the front desk, had it immediately taken care of and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. What a pleasant surprise.
