We had an awesome experience with Bell Honda; we first contacted the internet sales department and started to work with Glen Keeton. We really enjoyed our sales guy. We were in the dealership for quite some time about 6 hours and it was pretty enjoyable for how long we were there. From the very moment Rich approached us, it was like we were family. He only cared that my daughter was happy and wanted her to feel just right with her choice. He was about to take us to another one of their lots, but decided to take a quick ride through the back lot. There is were our "Sparkle Farkle" was found. My daughter was like a kid at Disneyland for the first time. He and his manager went to many lengths to make it happen, including arguing with the big boys in the glass bubble. The car wasn't even for sale yet! They had it through inspections and detailed all in less than a week. I can't thank them enough for putting up with us, we are a tough crowd to please. These guys will sit with you, and let you pick on them all you want with a smile on their face, once more I think they enjoy it. The Sparkle Farkle will be a great memory for us because of RICH!!!
