They worked very hard to meet our needs. John Paul also did a great job of introducting the new pilot to us. Chris, in finance, knows his material very well. He also knew how to present it so we could understand it. My husband said "he could sell ice to the Eskimos." This is the third pilot we have purchased at Bell Honda. Scott made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I have really bad credit and Bell Honda was the only dealership I called that gave me the time of day.
