Check your final sales receipt it wont be near the same as the one you agreed apon,it will have charges and services you werent even ask about and then when you finally do confront them they will tell you its just services that were rolled in and we do it to eveyone (like twice a year detailing to the tune of about 500 bucks that you were never ask about.)Also do not buy extended warrenties on used cars they will lie right to your face .And after it is purchsed they will tell you there sorry about the miss understanding but theres nothing they can do about it now.Example I bought a car with 70k miles and they offered a warrenty of one hundred thousand miles for 2,500 bucks. I said to the sales man and finance man you mean i will have a warrenty up to 170k miles and they both said yes. Good deal I thought . WRONG!!!!After I got the paper work it said will expire at 100k so i went to the manager and told him what went down and again WERE SORRY I WILL YELL AT THE SALES MAN AND FINANCE MAN ??? But again im out 2,500 more cash. So if you dont mind throwing your money away and hearing a bunch of lies buy from Bell. More

When I first visited Bell Honda I dealt with Jonathan; at the time they didn't have a vehicle I was interested in but when I found one a week later, I remembered his friendliness and asked for him. I really found him to be honest and forthright with me. And if he didn't know the answer to a question he would admit so and ask an appropriate person. There was an issue with the vehicle; noticed after purchase which he handled very professionally and to my satisfaction. This was my 1st time purchasing a vehicle "by myself" which was stressfull. He didn't impress me as someone looking to take advantage of that fact. Dealing with fianace and management was not as easy, I felt I was treated differently than when my husband returned with me to sign the papers a couple days later. More
These people are unethical swindlers for business men. They sat around for 3 weeks instead of trying their best to complete the financing for my trade in and lease. If you want a nice easy smooth transaction DO NOT come here! It took over a month for them to pay off my trade in vehicle, and get financing for my lease. Most of their sales people were completely rude with the exception of Scott Wyco and Justin Robertson who tried to help me through this disaster. More
After purchasing an used BMW the service department kept the car for 3 days to turn off the service light. The car immediately had issues days after the sale. Radio LED out, steering wheel sweaks and center the car for 3 days to turn off the service light. The car immediately had issues days after the sale. Radio LED out, steering wheel sweaks and center console broken. The finance guy told me when I bought the warrenty that any time I take the car in they would provide a rental. That is not true. They could not offer me a rental until they found out what' wrong it it. They kept the car for 6 days to tell me that they would not fix any of these issues. I bought a warrenty and they said none of these items is covered after spending $2600 on the warrenty. Then the temporary plates expired and they contacted me days before it expires to tell me that I need to take the car for an emissions test. This is the dealerships responsibility before they sell any used vehicles. This is the worst experience I have had buying a car. Everyone I dealt with never kept their promise. Never called me back when I asked to be kept in the loop so I could have arrangements in getting the car from service. I dealt with the Sales Glenn Keeten, Finance Frank Salerno, Service George and General Manager Robby Motz. If they were truely in the buisness to take care of people then they would make things right and keep up with their promises. More
