Bell Honda is a pretty nice place to get a car. Brandon was extremely nice and helped me get the car I wanted. I highly recommend Bell Honda. I received an offer in the mail from the dealership. I called about the offer and received the assistance I needed. If there wouldn't have been the slight delays I probably would have made a purchase I wouldn't have been satisfied in making. I didn't have transportation and Luke was sent to pick me up. He made a 60 mile round trip. He was very pleasant during our ride to the dealership. He left the dealership in a rainstorm and when he arrived at my apartment he didn't see me waiting out front. I received a call from Bell Honda asking if I wanted to change the appointment to another day (perhaps because I wasn't at my apartment). I thought I had to wait longer so I returned to my apartment and Luke was there. This was impressive to me because he drove all that way and was willing to just go back and come get me the next day. During our ride back to the dealership he gave me the opportunity to drive the car. He pointed out special features and gave me what I felt was his honest opinion about the car (not trying to make the sale necessarily but giving me information I needed). I dealt with a number of people during my transaction and I was satisfied with the kindness, politeness, and helpfulness given by everyone. I had a very pleasant experience at Bell Honda and Luke definitely helped in making the experience pleasant. More

I had an overall great experience at Bell Honda. The price and selection of cars were great. My sales person (Ray Soliz) made me feel comfortable and very confident of the choice in car i had made,he wa price and selection of cars were great. I wasnt really in the market for a vheicle,but when Ray from bell honda called me one day telling me about how american honda had started a new program where he could actually lower my interest rate and mo from bell honda called me one day telling me about how american honda had started a new program where he could actually lower my interest rate and monthly payment by getting me into a newer car i just had to see if it was possible.So I went down a few days later and sure enough he helped me find a car that had all my needs and wants,and my interest rate went from being 18% to 6%.I was amazed that the program worked and Ray was an absolute delight to work with he applied no pressure to by just a very good consultation on why it was logical to get into a new car.I now even have a whole new outlook on car salesman,and will more then likely continue to do business with him in the future. Luke was our salesman and he was by far the best person my fiance and i have dealt with at a dealer. He didnt try to push us into anything and it seems like he truly cares about helping people make a major my fiance and i have dealt with at a dealer. I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP THINKING I WAS GOING TO WALK OUT WITH A BRAND NEW CAR,AFTER LOOKING AND GOING INTO DEEP CONSIDERATION ABOUT THE PRICE I WAS ABOUT TO PAY. I REALIZED THAT A CAR IS NOT WHAT I REAL OUT WITH A BRAND NEW CAR,AFTER LOOKING AND GOING INTO DEEP CONSIDERATION ABOUT THE PRICE I WAS ABOUT TO PAY. I REALIZED THAT A CAR IS NOT WHAT I REALLY WANTED. EVEN THOUGH IT'S CAR SALESMANS JOB TO GET THE SALE DONE, HE TOLD ME TO GO WITH MY GUT FEELING AND IF I CHANGED MY MIND, FEEL FREE TO COME BACK. Although my boyfriend and I dealt with Luke with whom we were happy with and in the end purchased a vehicle from, I wish I could say that was when we left. Unfortunately, at the end of the deal we had to were happy with and in the end purchased a vehicle from, I wish I could say that was when we left. Unfortunately, at the end of the deal we had to meet with Heather, the finance person who was intrusive, superficial and passive aggressive. The point of meeting with this unpleasant person was for the purpose of upselling more products/services. She actually tried to convince me to pay a fortune to finance a specialized alarm system by bringing up facts about the Baseline Killer and assuring me I would not be safe without this system. When I declined she became passive-aggressive saying things like “well I hope you stay safe”. There were a total of four up-sells that I had to sit thru a half an hour listening to even though it was past 10pm and the dealership had closed. When I became defensive and made it clear I was not interested she huffed off to get her supervisor who I could only describe as smarmy. He was even worse. He was the stereotypical aggressive used car salesman. I just don’t appreciate the obvious and condescending tactics used to try to sell more products and services. This just left a really bad taste in my mouth . More
