They actually were honest about what options would benefit me and my family, even if there were not the most expensive. In the finance department, Justin was extremely helpful in getting all the final documents in order. These 3 gentleman made for a great experience. One that makes me send people to Bell Honda. More

Bell Honda could have just let it go but they took the extra steps to "Make it Right". This shows that some do care of about repeat business and that the customer was not taken care of. THANK YOU Robbie for going the extra step to make it RIGHT! I will be coming back to see you in a few years once my lease is up! A frustrated customer turned a HAPPY CUSTOMER! More
Had the most horrible experience with Bell Honda! Customer service was bad. They sold us a car that was supposedly "new" Honda CIVIC EX 2010 it was not. Went home only to find out that inside the glove compartment there was a temp vehicle registration from another owner. Plus it had 3500 miles and the car in which we were suspicious why would they say its a new car when it had so much miles on it. Called them and told them the situation and was like oh "we dont know about that or it is not in our system, Your the first owner." We asked and talked with Steve and was very arrogant A type person saying he doesnt want his customers to be dissatisfied. We asked if we could get a new car with not so much mileage with fair terms or get our old car back but they say they couldnt do that. To make the long story short, I personally have a bad taste for their customer service and Steve Fisher. They are all about selling you something even though it wasnt what you wanted. They try to pressure you into buying into their idea. People dont get fooled from sales. Always read your fine print. I will NEVER EVER buy another car from them again. More
I have purchased used Honda and after 3 hours of negotiations about interest rate , monthly payment and the number of payments (60 ) , I was given papers to sign without explanations and information negotiations about interest rate , monthly payment and the number of payments (60 ) , I was given papers to sign without explanations and information of new terms , which I have noticed as soon as I got back home . From 60 Months they changed to 72 Months without a word being told about . All the papers were ready to sign where highlighted in yellow. Yes I have signed the papers , because I have never , ever expected such a practices by reputable Honda dealership and his financial representative . This is my experience and my opinion about this dealership. When I went back to straight things out next day ( I called the dealership about this discrepancy same day , to late to go back), I was informed that the whole financial deal was video recorded ( without my permission ) , so I said good , than we have a proof that I was not informed about terms being changed . Eventually the dealership rewrote the contract to the initial terms , but if I wouldn't noticed that the same day I would pay almost $ 4000.00 more than what was negotiated . In my opinion they violated our mutual verbal agreement , which cost me a whole lot distress , sleepless night , and joy of owning Honda CRV is absolutely gone . For me this car will always be a reminder for next 60 Months of my very bad experience . More

They also jacked the price up by 3000 a some of the option i got charged for werent even on the car lol . and lied about it just to get a commission. They also jacked the price up by 3000 at a tent sale when they had them cheaper at their car lot by 2000-3000 . hope alot of customers see this and fight back against these crooks. they even said i wasnt accepted by a bank yet that they needed more paper work from me to get the deal done, i asked them to fix my paperwork remove them charges they added, they told me no said they would push the deal through without any of my info, they even pulled my down payment out of bank and justin in finance said we werent approved yet. Derrick Dillon helped us finance, and although seemed very helpful at the beginning, was later hard to get a hold of and did not relay important information to us. He is still illuding calls. We wanted to buy a Pilot. I have exceptional credit (740+). The sales man (Stephen) told my wife that he would give us the Pilot for $28,500 with no additional "dealer added" costs. My wife asked him (740+). The sales man (Stephen) told my wife that he would give us the Pilot for $28,500 with no additional "dealer added" costs. My wife asked him several times - no additional "dealer added" costs. He confirmed. He also promised an "exceptional trade-in amount" since they "needed our Xterra" and "really wanted our business". He said that they are different than the other dealers and we will get the best treatment since we "are Internet customers". I drove 45 minutes based on his promises to meet my wife at the dealership. After an hour of delays (with me pressing him to move quicker since I had to work early the next morning and since I had my two little boys with me - no test drive, nothing), he finally gave us an appraisal on our trade-in: $2,300 on an Xterra with a value of $8,000+ -- even lower than the other dealers that we visited! Then he gave us the price quote on the Pilot. They added $2,900 on top of the base price for "window tinting and other very valuable dealer options". I said "You promised that you would not have the dealer added costs". He said "This is as basic as they come." I was mad. I wasted 45 minutes driving down, an hour and a half at the dealership, and 45 minutes driving home because of his promises -- every single word was a lie. I hate new car dealers. I hate Bell Honda the most. Someone should start a business where you sell the cars over the Internet and give the customers the prices and financing options. Then, the customer can decide if they want the vehicle or not. This bait and switch crap makes me want to take really good care of my cars just so I do not have to go to a dealership to buy a new one. After all of these lies, my wife and I decided to put another 30k - 50k miles on our Xterra and forego the new truck until next year or the year after. More
