Alas, I was on my way to a great review, but Bell Ford fell far short. I took my Bronco in for a repair on a covered part. It was covered by warranty AND it was a replaced part via an earlier recall. T fell far short. I took my Bronco in for a repair on a covered part. It was covered by warranty AND it was a replaced part via an earlier recall. That was a Friday. The part was to be in on Saturday. However, no one ordered it. I called Saturday, but no follow-up. On Monday, I called but my service person was out sick. On the following Thursday I received a text to review an inspection video. When I clicked on the video on Facebook, it was not available. When I tried to view it on WhatsApp, the phone number was not a WhatsApp number. I called again. The service person said he would get back to me. He did not. The following Monday, now 11 days, I called again and was told the Bronco was done. I asked if someone was scheduled to call me or if I was to guess when it would be completed. No answer. I went in tp pick it up, and was charged for the covered part. The service person had to escalate the issue to management, even though the replacement part was predetermined to be covered. The whole ordeal was a terrible customer service experience. Additional: Ford sent me a text asking if I would like the vehicle picked up. I said "yes" and received an instant reply that the pick-up service was not available. What? Why even ask? More
