Thank You to John the Service Manager!! I would like to thank Manager John in the service department. I gave Bell Ford a bad rating earlier but want to change that to 5 stars. I was waiting on something to come in the mail and started complaining to the services department not realizing they sent it out but that it was returned back to them because the apartment manager did not realize I still lived here. So I was being unfair to Bell Ford. They did what they said they would but the and apartment manager did not. Please before you jump to conclusions, ask first because there's always two side to the story...Thank you Bell Ford and John the service Manager.!!! More

The people at Bell Ford extended me every courtesy. My salesman, Gary Richardson, was a great guy! ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE S ATISFACTORILY ANSWERED! and Gary had the knowledge of the Mustang I was interested in....as well as the other levels/options that were available....UNLIKE THE SALESMAN AT THE LAST DEALER I BOUGHT FROM!!!! The people at Bell are very nice, friendly and extended me every courtesy they could! I felt comfortable dealing with Gary, and will do so further on up the road. More

All-star service I am from Flagstaff and was down in the Valley because my grandfather passed away that morning. My Sony control system went out and the vents were blowing extremely hot air during that 113 degree afternoon. Needless to say i was pretty frazzled when I pulled into the Service Department in the late afternoon and was fairly grumpy. Cynthia was there and took it like a champ. She gave me a smile and said she would talk with shop manager and see what she could do. A few minutes later she came back and said that they would be able to look at it this evening or 1st thing in the morning. What a relief. I received a call 1st thing the next morning with news that my Explorer was ready. And even better news that the system only needed to be rebooted. I told her I was on my way to the mortuary and I'd be by in the next half hour. When I arrived, she already had my Explorer pulled up and ready to go. I apologized to her for my "grumpiness" the day before and she said if that was grumpy i have nothing to worry about. Cynthia was an all-star for me. She and the Bell Ford Service Department came through when I really needed something positive to happen. Thank so much! More

Up front honesty about our company pricing with them. We have not always had a great experience, like we had at Bell Ford. Right off the bat Bell Ford salesman and manager informed us that since we work for a particular company, that we would have special pricing. This equaled to about $3800 in savings!!! We didn't even know we had this benefit through our company, and the Bell Ford staff coming right out and telling us this immediately, made us feel that we could trust them to continue to provide us with up front honesty when purchasing our car. They could have easily hid this from us and used it later to entice us into buying our Ford, or not even tell us at all and pocket the money. They didn't, which equals very happy customers!!! Another thing that we liked about them is that they took time in appraising our trade, looking at it multiple times. This allowed us to obtain a higher trade in value = More savings for us!!. Great experience, attentive and friendly staff = Happy with Bell Road Ford !!! We look forward to buying our next car from them in the future!!! More

When you receive a picture of your vehicle on top of the transport carrier with a message that says "your vehicle just arrived" you know you are getting special treatment. My experience with Bell Ford has been wonderful. All made possible by the three individuals mentioned above. Well Done Bell Ford. Well done indeed. More
