Such a fast, easy, honest buying experience Jeremy provided us with. My husband’s lease is up the end of December so I called Jeremy today on a Friday morning. I told him what I was thinking about doing and he responded “let me run some numbers and see what’s available”. He called me back a few hours later, had exactly what I was thinking about doing as a done deal if I wanted it. The entire transaction was transparent and easy, I didn’t feel hustled or worried I was being scammed like I have in the past. What’s even more of a show of dedication to customer service from Jeremy is that he is primarily at Bell Ford, but we decided to go with Chevy and he made it all happen at Bell Chevy for us. All the staff were great at Bell Chevy. So it went from me calling Friday at 9am to get an idea around to visit a dealership Saturday in hopes of figuring out what to do next month, to a done deal with a new truck by 6pm. My husband and I are very happy with Jermey and love our new truck. More
