I have purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 8years from this dealership. My sales rep Lou Graf is amazing and goes the extra mile everytime. I have never needed any extra service outside the normal recalls this dealership. My sales rep Lou Graf is amazing and goes the extra mile everytime. I have never needed any extra service outside the normal recalls which the dealership has been easy to work with. I recently started having problems with problems with my radio and a blank screen. I called to get it in for service which took longer to get in and during the scheduled service date I went over my 36k warranty by 270 miles. When the service rep told me I was out of warranty and they wouldnt cover it, he told me I could call ford myself to open a warranty investigation bcase. I felt this was unacceptable and since I have purchased so many vehicles from this dealership. My explorer is only 2yrs old and my lease is up in 1yr. I feel the Ford warranty is unacceptable compared the GM/ chrysler warranty. The dealership did nothing to help and made me work through ford directly which I did. Ford stepped to and turned a 1200 bill into a $100 deductable which was great customer service on their part however still kind of crappy I had to pay for a ford defect. The Adrian Bell Ford dealership passed the buck to ford and did the bare minimum. More
