He was great with communication, very flexible, professional, and got everything done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend him, 10/10 experience. He didn’t stop trying to find me exactly what I wanted and I did not feel pressured at all. The dealership's inventory was impressive, with a great selection of vehicles that fit my criteria perfectly. The pricing was transparent, and I felt confident in the value I was getting. I got a great deal on a newer model Escape, low miles, and I couldn’t be happier. Initially, this wasn’t what I was looking for, but it ended up being way better than what I originally wanted. Given the short amount of time we had, Jerry did NOT rush us and made the experience comfortable. He did NOT put any pressure on us when we wanted to talk it over. Once my wife and I weighed our options on Sunday, we decided to move forward with our purchase. We spoke with Jerry first thing Monday morning and he was able to get everything ready for us. We came into the dealership to sign, which Patti made it quick and painless, and we were pleased to get the deal done.
