Came for mudflap install for new Buick Envision. Tech installed flaps sideways, drilled unnecessary holes, and did not clean frame of road grime before install on brand new car. Service agent, Meli Tech installed flaps sideways, drilled unnecessary holes, and did not clean frame of road grime before install on brand new car. Service agent, Melissa did not believe me as techs “know what they are doing”. Manager, Kyle, had them redo the job. They will have to repair the extra holes drilled at a later time. Frustrating experience for what should have been a simple job. The manager did his best to make it right but the service agent was very difficult to deal with. She is fine when things go well but needs training on how to interact with public when service does not meet standards. More
