Collectively, my husband and I have bought four slightly used cars at Bell & Bell, and have had all our service work done there. We have always been pleased with the vehicles, the sales and administrative used cars at Bell & Bell, and have had all our service work done there. On April 6th 2024 I went to bell and bell to buy a 2024 Yukon . When I got there after traveling an hour and a half the staff was a huge let down . Salesman was ok , however thay would not work with me much on the price at all. Thay were willing to lose a sale on a high end suv , over 385$ . There exact words were why should I sale you this car when I can get more from the next man. I was told this twice ! So I left the dealer ship heading home. I could tell my wife really wanted that truck so I went back, that’s when I spoke directly to the sales boss Carl Nelson . He belittled me and was rude to me in front of my wife. I bought the truck only because my wife wanted it.and I love my wife. But needless to say I’ll never go back to bell and bell again. Maybe I’m old fashion but I thought repeat customers were still important! I guess not . The following Monday I talked to Mr. Bell himself , told him of my dealings . He was nice enoughf i guess . He offered to send a roll back to pick up the suv and take it back . The suv was never the problem the terrible customer service , and the negotiation was . Maybe I just expect too much for the way people are today. But never again, will I be disrespected in such a manner do your own homework, and by all means see for yourself. I hope your experience Will be better than mine. More
The original salesman I was working with was gone the day after my test drive. The deal we made was adjusted, including the price of the car increasing. I asked for some reassurance that the details of the agreement would be met in time, but because they could not provide me that, I decided to test drive at another dealership. When I told them I was driving a car elsewhere I was met with hostility and sarcasm. Car buying experiences should be pleasant, and after my original salesman left this dealership, this experience was anything but pleasant. I ended up buying that very next car I drove at the other dealership, as I was a serious buyer. I hope in the future they will try harder to meet the customers needs and satisfy them. I honestly didn’t even feel like they wanted to sell me that car! More
The service department is always friendly and very professional.
