Purchased my 2011 Audi A4 at another Audi dealership. However, I was drawn to this dealer last year mainly due to their Stasis tie up. It was also based on good reviews that I've read online. I've had my 5k and a Stasis ECU upgrade last year and very recently my 15k/1yr service. Jonathan had been my service adviser on my Stasis upgrade and 15k service. He was very professional and provided me with all the details of the services and answers to my questions. He provided me with updates regularly. If they continue their great service, I would definitely continue going to this dealer. More

Jonathan Kiwacz went out of his way to help with a repair on my A8 by looking into records and finding an extended warranty that was on my vehicle from purchase. I brought my car in without an appointment for a leak in a tire. They took me promptly and replaced the tire at no cost, as I had purchased the wheel/tire warentee at the time I bought the car. The service was outstanding in that I was taken immediately and got my car back in about one hour. The staff was very helpful and had a back-up plan in case the replaceemtn tire was not in stock, but we got plan A to work. He periodically keeps in touch to check if I need assistance, to ask whether there were any problems or simply, to ask how I am doing. When I was ready to drive my new car out of the dealership for the first time he introduced me to the various car features, paired my cell phone and introduced me to my first use of a satellite radio, I am partial to soccer and like to listen to it when I drive to and from work. Great staff at Bell Audi. I normally take my car to flemington audi but bell audi blows their customer service out of the water.
