Find another Audi Dealership I am not satisfied with the service I received. I understand things take time, however saying a car is ready and it isn't makes no sense. All functions should have been checked before calling to say the car is ready. There was an error on the dashboard saying fault with wipers and lights. Shouldn't someone returning the car notice it and fit it? I left work early and was late to an appointment just to discover the issue you forget to see. I was waiting well over a half-hour with absolutely no guidance. Not to mention, your online price for the Winter Sepcial did not reflect on the bill. Then the next day I go back and pick up my car, it was filthy and with yet another issue with my cars wiper blades. I didn't notice until I used my wipers. So I made my third trip back to your dealership to have it fixed. I understand it takes a while to fix a car, but please test the functions before saying something is done. Will never shop here for a car or for service. More

They want crazy money to change light bulbs. I came in today for an oil change and to change three bulbs, the right parking bulb and two low beam bulbs. I had a coupon for the synthetic oil chang I came in today for an oil change and to change three bulbs, the right parking bulb and two low beam bulbs. I had a coupon for the synthetic oil change for $69.95.but they wanted $240 to change the 3 bulbs, and I was supplying the 2 low beam bulbs as I use Sylvania Silverstar ultras a much brighter bulb. So I had them just do the oil change. I'm at a small shop now waiting for them to do the three bulbs for a total of $50. 20 per low beam and 10 for the parking light. A savings of 190 over what the dealer wanted. More

OIL CHANGE I read the reviews so decided to give this place a shot. They welcomed me and I told them I wanted an oil change (first oil change free by Audi). Wait I read the reviews so decided to give this place a shot. They welcomed me and I told them I wanted an oil change (first oil change free by Audi). Waited only half hour and it was done, which I was confused because it was done so quickly. I opened the hood after I left, checked the components I marked to see if it was removed which should of been on a standard oil change, but it wasn't. The dust was still on the oil cap and oil filter, my marks were in the same position. Now tell me if a mechanic did an oil change I would've noticed finger prints on those components, I saw none. The bolts under the car were snug like it was never removed, no mechanic is that perfect. Tell me Bell Audi if people put there faith in you to do work on there cars why BS them. Washing a car making it look clean doesn't mean work had been done. You guys should be ashamed of calling yourselves a Audi dealer. Just because your not collecting any money doesn't mean you pretend to work on a customers car. More

Very poor car service I had to bring my Q7 multiple times within couple of months for the same issue. Service professionals do not do a complete job and finally never fixed I had to bring my Q7 multiple times within couple of months for the same issue. Service professionals do not do a complete job and finally never fixed the issue. They are always backed up...never let me know the exact issue... Have to call several times to find out. A loaner I recently got from here wasn't even clean. Front desk at service not very friendly either. More
Very positive as expected for a premium brand. I took my A7 in routine maintenance and had no problem at all. They took my car right away and in an hour and a half I was on my way home. Maybe I caught them on a not so busy day in February where the outside temp was 11 degrees. You would expect this type of service from a premium brand like Audi. This was the third time I had service performed and each time was a very good experience. Sales and service at Bell has been very positive for me. More
