We went in late Friday night knowing exactly what we wanted. We went in & there must be 10 sales people & 2 managers but no one approached us. We ended up taking a seat & after Rob was done with his cus wanted. We went in & there must be 10 sales people & 2 managers but no one approached us. We ended up taking a seat & after Rob was done with his customer, He walked right up to us to help. We almost made the deal on that day but we didn't have enough time so ended up going there yesterday, (I had sent him all the info. in the afternoon), Signed the papers in like a hour but it took more than 2 & 1/2 hours for us to JUST get to the finance dept & ofcourse that took time as well. So we were there from 5pm, (Everything was done by ROB arouund 5:45), Ended up leaving the place at almost 9.30PM. We should of been done by atleast 6:30. That was my experience. My Sales person Rob was great!!! Plus I had to go to the Manager to ask him whats's going on? And even he said, "I know you guys have been here for a longtime". But in my opinion (Not sure if it counts or not) someone should keep an eye out & at least try to find out what's the delay./ and make sure customers are notified or followed up every half to an hour. We were just sitting for almost 2 hours & I had to go to the MANAGER. More
