The salesperson Tiffany was great dealership was very nice car was great but the financial department was a horrible experience. Waited 4 hours after I agreed to a deal. Well, I would have given 5 stars but NOT! After spending, $149 plus a toll for an oil change my car couldn’t be washed? Next time, I’ll take it to the local garage, pay half the price, save a toll spending, $149 plus a toll for an oil change my car couldn’t be washed? Service advisor should have made sure my car was vacuumed and washed. Next time, I’ll get a BMW. More
