Bought a used Audi at this dealer. The process took an unbelievable amount of time, seems like we were left sitting and waiting for someone for 20 to 45 minutes at each step along the way. Staff were very unbelievable amount of time, seems like we were left sitting and waiting for someone for 20 to 45 minutes at each step along the way. Staff were very nice, but I have never had the purchase of a car take this long to process. We kept getting told that we were waiting for a manager to look at something or that there were two customers ahead of us before a finance person could process our documents. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone unless they are prepared to sit for hours and then come back another day to wait again for hours to complete the purchase. More

Salesman was great and we closed deal quickly. However, since it was busy, I made an appointment for later that day to come and sign docs. This was a very difficult car purchasing experience. The sales representative was very nice and responsive, but the overall operation was a series of constant delays. I spent over 10 hours over two days at sales representative was very nice and responsive, but the overall operation was a series of constant delays. I spent over 10 hours over two days at the dealers to finally purchase a car. However the constant delays at every step of the process destroyed all the joy of buying a new car. My experience working with Nik Esposito and Tanan Chansathit was professional, friendly, and expeditious. I went in for front end service. I dropped my car off and was in a loaner within 15 minutes. I bought a previously owned 2020 Q3 for my wife at the end of September. The car was beautiful and my wife immediately loved it. Unfortunately, probably due to end of the month constraints there were a fe end of September. The car was beautiful and my wife immediately loved it. I was unable to find the financial relief I sought regarding these problems until I made contact with the General Manager,Ryan Schmidt.
