HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Made appointment at salesman's request to see a used car only to walk on the lot to see someone getting in it for a test drive. Met the salesman inside and he said he couldn't hold the car just because I had an appointment. Emphasized that this was exactly why we made an appointment. He even acknowledged that he had pulled the car out front and detailed it for our arrival. The internet sales manager Andrea Nieves came over with a patronizing and condescending explanation that this was how dealerships work and that we need to deal with it. After a brief wait we got a chance to drive the car and offered to buy it. Salesman then informed us that the other customer had just offered to buy it and that the finance manager was giving it to them. We asked to speak to the finance manager to understand if he was aware that we had a previously scheduled appointment to see the car and had already completed an online credit application before arriving. Unsolicited, Andrea Nieves again inserted herself in the conversation to rudely inform us that we had no business asking any questions to the finance manager since the other customers were in the process of buying the car. At that point we realized our business was not valued and walked out. Saturday night I wrote a lengthy email to the General Manager describing our experience and four days later I have received no response. My advice would be to stay away from Bell Audi. More

I was looking for a Certified Previously Owned vehicle. Found one on the website, called on Sat and made an appointment for the following Monday evening. The sales person I initially spoke with was busy with another customer but introduced me to Emily Kelly. Working with her and her manager Brad, I purchased a 2020 Q5 that evening. Due to the lateness of the hour they were unable to complete financing so Emily offered to deliver the car the next day, which she did. The following day, Emily called to inform me that snow tires were on the vehicle instead of all seasonals and that someone from service would pick up the car, change the tires, and bring it back to me. While a major snow storm prevented that from happening I still appreciated the delivery service. Because I had the time, a couple of days later I drove the car back myself, where Nik Esposito was my Service Consultant. Overall, my experience so far has been pleasant. However, the real test for me lies in the follow up service appointments. I hope I continue to have good customer service, which is very hard to come by these days....... Karen G. More
