The salesperson was knowledgeable and found a vehicle that met our needs. I think we got a fair price. I was not happy with the delivery aspect. Issue has been identified quickly and explained via video recording. Took longer time to resolve the issue than promised. Rating is 4 because I was not given loaner car as it took more time to fix. Dan was great came in for the Audi PODS recall for my s3 – decided to wait at the dealer while they did the recall since I was told it’s only about an hour or two job which I was surprised! Appointment was – decided to wait at the dealer while they did the recall since I was told it’s only about an hour or two job which I was surprised! Appointment was at 8am and I left before 1030am, was pretty quick for a complicated recall. Dan was top notch, kept me updated on the techs progress. Top notch! More
