Scheduled a 30K service for my leased A6. Obtained a loaner for the day as several updates/recalls were needed. Service department took me in on time for a recall on my Audi W-5. Everything went as expected with the recall done in about 45 minutes. The service department ask if I wanted to wait for a car wash and of Audi W-5. Everything went as expected with the recall done in about 45 minutes.
