I had a terrible sales experience with Kiki Infante from Bell Audi in Edison NJ. My wife and I came in recently to acquire some information on some of their Audi models; in the 15 minutes we were there, he Bell Audi in Edison NJ. Throughot the whole time, he made us feel like he was doing us a favor by even talking to us. I can't believe that Bell Audi employes individuals like Kiki, and I am sure I am not the first person he has given this type of service to. He made my decision of giving a near by competitor very easy. I manage a servicedesk and I would never want some one like this representing my team. More

The price was right, there were no games involved, and the whole process was straightforward and simple. The car delivery was slightly delayed due to the winter storms, but the dealership made sure it got there within my time requirements, and Ramzi even called from Chicago where he was snowed in to keep me up to date. The finance guy Jack Russell was also terrific. I have never had a better car buying experience. More

Ramzi worked with me and took time out to test a variety of veichles before I made my final decision. During my conversations with Ramzi throughout the day, he not only put me at ease, I acatually found myself confiding in him on a personal level. My experience with Ramzi was a lot more than purchasing a car. I felt as if I was hanging out with a good friend all day. Ramzi not only helped me out as much as possible, knowing I was on a bit of a budget, he went out of was to call multiple insurance agencies, to get me the best insurance rate possible. It was like he was on a personal mission to genuinely look out for my best interest. Knowing my mother was just hospitalized for hypertension, Ramzi went out of his way to make sure I left the dealership with a box of herbal tea from his own personal collection.
