service department is very arrogant. Have an extended warrenty on a Certified car...so far this has proved to be extended time for Audi to charge me for everything not covered on this warrenty. My car has 41K miles on 2001 pampered and all maintained at Audi. Suddenly the check engine light appeared. Took it in, they fixed, less than 500 miles it comes again, they fixed again, then suudenly Im driving on interstate and the battery light comes on. I can see the battery dying, the lights flash, and I lose power till I come to a halt. The dealer wants me to pay for alternator, battery and new timing belt. $1700 ... Something is wrong here ... Sales dept. was a little better than the Service dept. At least it was a little friendlier, though they didn't negotiate at all!<br><br>Service dept. however is TERRIBLE! And getting there is a hassle from Rt. 1, there's almost never anywhere to park and it's impossible to get a loaner car. STAY AWAY from this place at all costs! More
