I have been using Bell Audi in Edison for around a year and a half now and their service department is terrific. My A4 is a 2008 and for some reason these cars go though A LOT of oil. Bell Audi has always topped it for free and their service professionals have always been able to help me out with any issues I've had with the car. In fact, my lease is almost up and I plan to lease my next A4 through this dealership mainly because that compared to Princeton Audi and Schneider + Nelson Audi I actually feel that the people at Bell want me to have a great experience. Its refreshing to go into a car dealership that actually takes pride in the product that they represent. More
We bought a used Acura MDX from them which experienced transmission slipping on the way home from the dealership. We immediately called them to alert them of this issue, where they reminded us that this transmission slipping on the way home from the dealership. We immediately called them to alert them of this issue, where they reminded us that this vehicle was sold "as is": greater than 100k miles. The dealership is 3 hours away, so we were unable to drive it back to them. Number emails and phone calls to the salesperson, the sales managers, the service managers have gone unreturned and my local mechanic says we need a new transmission. According to their salesperson, Pete Costigan, there was "nothing wrong with this car, except for some paint chips". Bell Audi misrepresented the quality of this car, and allowed my wife and 3 kids to travel in an unsafe vehicle. They refuse to take any responsibility for this and their after sales support is non-existent. I've now been without a usable car for 10 days since the purchase. Highly recommend you find a dealership with an ounce of ethics and honesty. More

I had the pleasure of working with John Powell in the service department. John was very outgoing toward meeting my needs for my vehicle. He seemed very knowledgable in this area. Our salesman was very knowledgable and very personnable. He was very efficient in taking care of any minor issues and details including the car we traded in helping us get set up with our insurance abd fina He was very efficient in taking care of any minor issues and details including the car we traded in helping us get set up with our insurance abd financing for the new car. He worked with us to get a price that we were happy with and we were able to drive home in our A6 within 5 hours. that included a test drive and Hugh going over all of the operating features of the new car. If our oldest daughter would like a new Audi for her college graduation we will go right back to Hugh to work a deal. Bell Audi is a place which can be great if you strike the right tone. I've been taking both my 2010 Audis there for service for about 8 months, it's been an experience. Like I said you have to strike the right tone with your service advisor, once you do you will get a wealth of knowledge and expertise for whatever it is you are trying to do. For me it was aftermarket STaSIS upgrades mostly with a handful of general Audi OEM minor problems. After one or two times coming in I got the highest level of customer service you can expect, then higher. I strongly suggest hooking up with Jon Kiwacz if you go there, I'm not saying the other fine service advisors are any less, just that I can only speak to my experience with him. He doesn't get tired (or doesn't show it) of the numerous questions I've asked him on the phone, via email and at the dealership in regards to my cars and the upgrades I wanted. This is not just when the dealership stood to benefit from me spending my money there, but even when I considered buying elsewhere he gave me good info. So again I say, if you come in with a positive mind and become friendly with the reps, you'll be treated like one of them. One more word, the technician's foreman Tom is fabulous, he knows his stuff and works hard to please even the most obsessive compulsive customer like myself, no doubt he too is a perfectionist cuz he addressed all my concerns to my standards. I have been to the dealership for service a few times, and each time have had a horrible experience. The customer service rep. had no idea what he was talking about. I had several minor problems with my car, of which none were fixed on my first visit. I was told that my car was repaired, however a few months later I came to know that none of my problems were fixed. The staff was aware that my warranty was going to expire in a few months, so they purposely only did a temporary fix on my car. When I brought the car back to month's later they asked me to pay a fortune for something they worked on previously. They staff is not genuine. This is my first Audi, and their service has really left a bad impression in my mind. Do not go here!!!! They are abosolutely horrible. More

The other day my check engine light comes on in my '02 A4. Since I do my own general maintenance, I researched what the problem could be. So off I go to the parts department to pick up what I needed. Good thing that I stopped by the service desk to speak with Bell's Service Manager Carl. He pointed out some extra observations and did a diagnostic on the car even though I didn't have an appointment. It turns out that it was another issue totally unrelated. It's greatly appreciated when you have a knowledgeable and professional service desk that is willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Definitely go see the new showroom in Edison. More
I was shopping around for 2010 Audi A4. I'm one of those guys, who wants to negotiate the price online through emails and then walk into the dealership with a concrete quote in hand. So that I do not get any rude shocks after walking into the dealership where they keep adding hidden surcharges and blow up the price. After having many bad experiences, I'm glad I found Bell Audi. They gave me an amazing price otd, exactly what I was looking for. No hassel, no negotiations back and forth etc. I walked into the dealer with that email and unlike any other dealership I have been too, the price was exactly the same as quoted in the email to the dime. The internet sales guy Marc Levine is an amazing guy, most importantly listens to the customer, does not just try to sell some car, understands the budget constraints the customer has. He's one of the nicest guy I have come across. He also followed up with me after 6 months of my car purchase to find out how the car was, how was I doing etc. It is these small things that make him stand out as an outstanding sales person. My review wouldn't be complete without me talking about the Bell Audi Service. Every single time, they do an amazing job. They try to accomodate the customer needs always. Usually I make service appointments the same day and drop off my car. In many dealerships, the service department is filled with rude people, who really don't care about the customer but Bell Audi Service department is filled with the nicest of the people, very friendly, very respectful, don't just recommend some additional repairs just to extract more money from the customer. Overall my experience with Bell Audi has been great and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking to buy an Audi. More
