Overall we have been really happy with Bell Audi and Ramzi. After owning and visiting vehicles from other luxury brands and dealerships, I have say that Bell Audi and Ramzi are by far the best we have e Ramzi. After traveling 6+ hours to purchase a 2005 Audi A4 Avant from this dealership within 2 weeks I found out the vehicle was sold to me with a wheel cracked in two locations. The tire did appear slightly low upon inspection of the car so I asked Peter Costigan to have the maintenance staff to look at this before we went any further and he reported that it was just a little low and there were no problems. There should be no way any staff, even new poorly trained staff, could overlook such a huge safety hazard. I should have been clued in when he was more concerned about telling me his number 6 national audi sales level and how he sold a car to Justin Timberlake rather than answering my questions. I attempted phone contact with the appropriate staff 6 times over the course of a month and attempted to contact via email. Only after a month did I first receive a return email. Never received any phone call or offer to assist in any way. Not only was this horrible customer service and pitiful maintenance, but my life and the life of my wife was put at risk with such gross neglect of basic maintenance assessment of the vehicle. It would have had to be apparently obvious if the vehicles are even checked before being resold due to the tire becoming flat in a week's time. This issue was never resolved. I simply had no time to deal with it anymore and could not drive 6+ hours several until they could offer me some replacement, that is if I could even get in touch with someone. Therefore I cut my loses and used the spare and purchased a new spare on Ebay. Now 6 months later I have been attempting to make phone contact with Mohamed Data the business manager to cancel a warranty I purchased. Audi Pure Protection's policy is you must cancel it through the dealer you purchased the vehicle at. So here I sit two and a half weeks later with a warranty I can't seem to cancel (my prorated money that I want back) and no return contact from Bell Audi. Paul Schwab was the only professional staff I encountered during my time at Bell Audi. Please strongly consider other Audi dealerships and options if you are looking to purchase an Audi. This dealership is a disgrace to the Audi brand. More

I had a terrible sales experience with Kiki Infante from Bell Audi in Edison NJ. My wife and I came in recently to acquire some information on some of their Audi models; in the 15 minutes we were there, he Bell Audi in Edison NJ. Throughot the whole time, he made us feel like he was doing us a favor by even talking to us. I can't believe that Bell Audi employes individuals like Kiki, and I am sure I am not the first person he has given this type of service to. He made my decision of giving a near by competitor very easy. I manage a servicedesk and I would never want some one like this representing my team. More

Ramzi Amawi really took the time to show me the cars and was very freindly with me. it seemed that he enjoyed helping more as a friend then a sales rep with a customer and just tryin to make a sale. so he showed me an audi a4 prestige model which i fell inlove with. and the deal he gave me deff wasnt somethin i can pass up or think about. i finally felt like i got my dream car. and also made a great friend while doing so. im very happy i went to this dealer and i love the service i get when i go to bell audi! i can deff say i will get another car from there when im ready and i reffer anyone that is looking for an audi to Ramzi. looking forward to this new long freindship! The price was right, there were no games involved, and the whole process was straightforward and simple. The car delivery was slightly delayed due to the winter storms, but the dealership made sure it got there within my time requirements, and Ramzi even called from Chicago where he was snowed in to keep me up to date. The finance guy Jack Russell was also terrific. I have never had a better car buying experience. More
