The actual purchasing experience was excellent, largely in part to the attention and honesty given by Ramzi Amawi. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would encourage everyone to work with him if you choose to go to Bell Audi. From the start of our pricing conversation to the signature took all of 20 minutes, and I thankfully did not need to deal with any of the typical back-and-forth BS that I have become so accustomed to at other dealers. Bell quickly agreed to a deal that was fair and equitable for both parties, and their pricing was significantly less than the "best Price" offered to me at other dealers. I had been looking for the perfect 2009 used A4 for quite some time. I was in no rush, however, and didn't want to settle until I found the perfect one. He immediately forwarded us pictures of the car and made sure to answer all of our questions. Being that we were out of state, I was nervous buying a car that I've never seen in person or driven. Ramzi put my nerves at ease and ensured us that the car was in excellent condition. After working with us on the price to reach a payment I'm comfortable with, we proceeded with the purchase which happened very smoothly. All of the necessary paperwork was overnighted to me, with highlighted areas where I needed to sign, along with a prepaid envelope for me to overnight back. Soon after, my A4 was shipped directly to my house. Ramzi was right! It was in excellent condition and very clean! There were a few barely detectable scrapes you'd expect on any 2009 vehicle, but I was very impressed and happy with the overall condition. Ramzi had it detailed with a full tank of gas. I can't stop driving it and have a constant smile on my face! Even after I received my car, Ramzi has been in contact with me and continues to offer his help with anything I need. I was on the hunt for the perfect Audi A5 and ended up finding one that fit all of my criteria at Bell Audi. Being from out of state we were a bit nervous but right from the start Ramzi was very prompt and attentive in getting us all of the information we needed without being about to physically see the car. There was no pressure to rush up to see the car as he worked with us over the phone to make us feel comfortable enough that we could get to the price range and financing we needed; we were then willing to make the drive up to New Jersey. Once we arrived at the dealership Ramzi was right there to greet us and make us feel welcome. He had the car ready to go for a test drive and had already gotten a head start on the financing which saved us a lot of waiting time. We then started the negotiation process which included a trade in. After minimal back and forth we were able to get to a monthly payment that I felt comfortable with. From start to finish there was no doubt that Ramzi went out of his way to show a personal touch. I have had my car for 24 hours and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
