I've purchased three Audis from, and serviced Them at, Bell. The sales and service staff at this dealership is absolutely terrific. I'd RECOMMEND FOR NEW SALES ONLY because of the price, NOT recommend for service!! First ordered my Audi Q7 TDI in December 2010. We got an excellent price because they work with USAA Auto Circle. The price quoted from USAA was the exact price we paid for the car. No surprises and we were in and out within 45 minutes with an ordered Audi and 12 weeks until delivery. 11 weeks later, I called to see if we were still on target for delivery. My salesperson no longer worked with the dealership and they would have the sales manager, Vinnie, call me back with another salesperson. After two days, I HAD to CALL AGAIN!!! Why did I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN?? When they have to pass off information to another associate, there is no communication, no follow up. I was assigned to Zaneta. She was great!! Always followed up with me when I asked her questions. Email was better, could never get her on the phone. Now fast forward to my first service. The service associate assigned to my vehicle was fine, took all my information, etc. HOWEVER, when I called back to see if the car was done, that service associate had left for the day for training and I was assigned ANOTHER service associate. That associate had NO IDEA what was going on with my vehicle. Then he called back saying it was done and I could pick it up. When I did pick up NO ONE could tell me what was done, no service associates were there. The next day they called back saying the DIDN'T perform the service and they need the vehicle BACK!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! When they have to pass my vehicle on to another associate whether it be sales or service, they don't communicate with each other and the next person seems to drop the ball!!! It has happened more than these two particular times. Just too much to write. I do have to say WHEN I DO get the attention of a sales or service associate they are very knowledgeable and friendly. More

Albert was my sales person in purchasing a 2011 Audi Q7 for my wifes birhthday. His low key no pressure approach was a breath of fresh air as I am very low key guy. He was helpful in every aspect and we communicated frequently via e-mail and text so my wife was totally unaware of the purchase. Albert was very accomodating when it came to the two trade ins including my son's car. He was flexible and fair. In addition he was very helpful in explaining the technology of the car to both my wife and I on seperate occasions. When at the dealership I had his total attention the entire duration whenever I was there. Albert is also very enthusiastic about the product he is selling in his communication with the customer not to mention owning two Audi vehicles himself. I would buy another vehicle from him in a second. You have a great salesperon and advocate for Audi and would recommend him to my friends. Larry Bock More
My husband and I recently traveled 16 hours and purchased our "dream car", an Audi A4 Convertible, from Bell Audi! Our experience with Bell Audi and Ramzi Amawi, the salesperson we worked with, was second to none! From the moment we started working with Ramzi, he made it his mission to do everything possible to meet our needs. Ramzi is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, listened carefully to our requests and has excellent communication skills. Before leaving the dealership, he made sure the car was totally detailed inside and out and went over all the features of the vehicle with us! Unfortunately, we had a tire blow-out the following day (no fault of the car), but fortunately for us ... the low tire pressure light came on to warn us and we were able to pull over safely and Audi Roadside Assistance came immediately to our rescue! Based upon our experience, we highly recommend Ramzi and Bell Audi to others who have an appreciation for luxury vehicles! Richard & Leslie Galpin More
Identified the dealer for a specific pre-owned vehicle that was not available elsewhere in NYC metro area. Waited over 2 hours, despite having made appointment to see salesman at particular time. Despite good faith negotiations on price, salesman was not able to honor agreed upon price, as the sales manager overruled him. Soon after delivery, I identified a missing part, critical to the legal operation of the vehicle, and I brought it to the attention of the dealer. They refused to install the part or reimburse me for the cost if I were to have part installed elsewhere. Accordingly, I was not able to operate my vehicle, until a later date after I had no choice but to incur the personal cost and inconvenience. Dealer did not take any responsibility for such inexcusable oversight. Dealer is totally focused on dollars and cents and recording a sale transaction, with limited regard for customer satisfaction. I recommend you go elsewhere for your Audi. More

He appreciated that I had done my research on what the Galves values were on this particular car and was able to provide me with a slight discount below the advertised Internet price. Ramzi also stayed almost 2 hours after the 8 PM closing time to complete my purchase as well. Jack Russell, the business manager was also very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the warranties and financing related questions. Jack stayed well beyond the closing time of the dealership of 8 PM to finish the paperwork related to the purchase of the Volvo. Jack explained the warranties and how they worked completely and throughly and did not try to sell me anything but rather let me as the customer decide what I would like and could afford to purchase as this was a car for my daughter. Ramzi knows what makes Audi automobiles excellent cars, and he will share his knowledge with you. But, he is more concerned with creating friendships with his customers, and assuring that their vehicle needs are met, to the best of his ability.
